E-mail and traditional correspondence
Correspondence sent to the Administrator via e-mail or traditional correspondence not related to the services provided to the sender or any other contract concluded with him, personal data contained in this correspondence are processed only for the purpose of communication or the process of clarifying the matter to which the correspondence relates, art. 6 section 1 letter f of the GDPR – the legitimate interest of the Administrator.

The Administrator processes your personal data in connection with visiting the Administrator’s profiles on social media such as: Facebook, LinkedIn in order to: inform about the Administrator’s activities, promote services and respond to messages. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (6 section 1 letter f of the GDPR) – consisting in promoting your own brand and maintaining business relationships.

Data retention period
Depending on the purpose and legal basis for the processing of your personal data, the period of their storage will vary: data provided in correspondence will be stored for the period necessary to answer; data collected in connection with a visit to the Administrator’s profile on social media – will be stored for the duration of the Administrator’s profile or until an objection to data processing is raised or a request to delete this data is made.
